Shipping Information
We pack and post every order with care from our shop in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex. Most parcels go out within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday). You’ll get an email as soon as your order is on its way.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail or Courier): Usually arrives within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Tracked or Express Delivery: Available at checkout if you need your order sooner.
Postage is calculated automatically at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We always aim to keep it as fair and affordable as possible.
Some larger or fragile items may need a bit of extra care and packaging – if this affects your postage cost, we’ll let you know before you pay.
Click & Collect
If you’re local, you can choose Free Click & Collect and pick up your order from our shop.
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is ready.

Returns & Refunds
We hope you’ll love everything you order, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Please note:
We can’t accept returns on:
- Cut-to-length fabric or ribbon
- Custom orders
- Digital or downloadable items (unless faulty)
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it so we can sort it out quickly.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at hello@crafting-connections.co.uk with your order number and a brief note about the issue.
- We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.
- Pack your item securely and include your name and order number inside.
- Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–10 working days.
If we made an error or the product is faulty, we’ll cover the return postage. For all other returns, you’ll just need to pay the return postage yourself.
